The neighbor's dog was barking long and loud and late into the night. So the sleepless victim called the neighbor up and, rather than say anything, just started loudly barking and growling into the phone.
Only took the neighbor about 10 seconds to get his dog back into the house.
Not sure how to apply to an office setting, but still....
LOL! I *love* that solution...awesome.
Damn, why can't I ever think of things like that??? :)
