impotent scream of rage
Oh, my head. Called Yahoo [er, I mean "the wahoos"] at 46 hours elapsed [screw waiting those final two hours]. Very, very nice tech on other end of line feels my pain, and carefully tells me that he doesn't see the escalation. Heavy, heavy sigh. 46 more hours of downtime, needlessly piddled away. On hold with the nice tech now, as he escalates the call to Tier 2 and checks with the techs to be sure it takes.
Great googly-moogly, I'm tired...
